    Thank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and sharing with us the five things you do to stay healthy!
    Exercise is definitely a prime example of something you can do to stay healthy, and it is great to see how you are involved in multiple different kinds of exercise.
    What sports do you play, and how often do you play them each week?
    I see that you also have sleeping for 12 hours each night on your list. What time do you go to bed each night, and when do you usually wake up?
    Drinking lots of water and putting on sunscreen are wonderful ideas as well, and both will also keep you well protected from the sun.
    Eating healthy foods is another great example of ways you can stay healthy. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables each day, and I try to incorporate them into every meal. I do this because eating healthily makes my body feel amazing, and I always have so much more energy when I do!
    What are some of the ways you try to eat healthy?
